The Art of Mind-Body Calm

I have collaborated with Karen Taylor (Inspiration Healing) to create this two-part workshop to help you do just that.
The aim of these two workshops is to give you the opportunity to learn practical tools and ideas to take back control and live your life from a place of calm centredness.
Over 2 half days, focussing on simple and effective techniques to nourish the body, mind and soul, you will gain the knowledge and skills to calm your mind and create space for yourself to rejuvenate.
Each half day mini retreat will include:
- information about anxiety and practical tips on how to manage a busy mind
- ideas for simple natural remedies to support a healthy balance
- yoga, breathing techniques, meditation & a guided relaxation
- healthy snacks & a relaxing herbal tea specially formulated to calm and nurture your spirit.
