  • The Art of Mind-Body Calm: overcoming anxiety

Modern life is full on. Most of us have many responsibilities, hats to wear and balls to juggle, which can leave us feeling overhwelmed, anxious and generally stressed-out.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could create islands of calm during your day that will allow you to feel more positive and energised?

Karen Taylor (Inspiration Healing) and Melanie Kulkarni (Pure Health) have collaborated to create two workshops to help you do just that.

The aim of these two workshops is to give you the opportunity to learn practical tools and ideas to take back control and live your life from a place of calm centredness.

Each half day workshop runs like a mini retreat to help you wind down and experience your calm so that you leave feeling positively empowered. In each workshop, Karen will lead you through specific yoga poses & breathing techniques to relieve stress as well as a guided relaxation & meditation.

You will also get to try healthy snacks, a relaxing herbal tea, and an aroma blend specially formulated by Melanie to calm and nurture your spirit.

Please note that each workshop can be done separately or as a pair.

Workshop 1: the physicial, energy and rhythmic body
