It’s natural to feel a sense of disconnect with ourselves and our world at one time or another. The question is at these times, how do we choose to reconnect and maintain a deep sense of well-being.
Many people feel more relaxed when they are in nature and there are reasons for this.

This workshop is interactive and involves gentle movement exercises so please come in light comfortable clothing. It is designed to be fun and rewarding.

In the Reclaim your Nature; awakening the senses, you will be given the opportunity to:

Explore how you interact with and respond to nature and how you can draw inspiration from it
Embrace your own nature through your five senses of sight, smell, taste, touch and sound
Become aware of how your senses help you perceive your world
Experience and express yourself spontaneously and authentically through body movement.
Engage in activities with both presenters and participants
Experience simple tools that help free you from sensory overload and support you going forward
