The Workshop
This is an empowering and joyful workshop where you will be given the opportunity to acknowledge, express and transmute your life experience.
It is inevitable that as we age, we will face changes some of which we may welcome but others which are harder to accept...
But crossing 40 can be liberating, presenting us with opportunities for self acceptance and inner growth.
This journey towards deeper understanding doesn’t happen overnight and even as we progress there may be new challenges along the way.
Do you struggle with uncomfortable changes associated with menopause?
Are you confused about how to step forward and embrace this powerful stage of life?
Are you looking for practical tips and exercises that can support you physically and emotionally?
Would you appreciate a safe space to express how you feel through words, pictures or movement?
Would you like to celebrate your transition through the joyful and powerful medium of dance?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then I invite you to join me and Nirmala Seshadri for our very special workshop Graceful Transitions.
What you will learn and experience:
Overview of the changes happening in your body.
Natural healing remedies and tools to cope with and manage the major symptoms associated with these changes.
Foster community and connection.
Escape the confines of the “Menopause” label and connect with a deeper sense of your self.
Exercises and dance movements to get back to your natural rhythm.
Connect to, acknowledge and resolve your internal landscape and societal issues.
Reestablish your relevance.
This workshop is 4 hours long with scheduled breaks. It is practical in nature and involves gentle movements, stretches and some yoga poses so please come in loose comfortable clothing.
