This workshop will involve some gentle yoga movements and poses. If you have your own mat and blocks please bring them along. You may need a shawl or small blanket too.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could create islands of calm during your day that will allow you to feel more positive and energised?
Karen Taylor (Inspiration Healing) and Melanie Kulkarni (Pure Health) have collaborated to create this two-part workshop to help you do just that.
The aim of these two workshops is to give you the opportunity to learn practical tools and ideas to take back control and live your life from a place of calm centredness.
The workshops run as mini half-day retreats that can be taken separately or as a pair, the choice is yours.
Over 2 half days, focussing on simple and effective techniques to nourish the body, mind and soul, you will gain the knowledge and skills to calm your mind and create space for yourself to rejuvenate.
Each half day mini-retreat will include:
information about anxiety and practical tips on how to manage a busy mind
ideas for simple natural remedies to support a healthy balance
yoga, breathing techniques, meditation & a guided relaxation
healthy snacks & a relaxing herbal tea specially formulated by Melanie to calm and nurture your spirit.
